I cant find that topic that was posted a couple weeks ago asking about favorite stick baits other than senkos… So I’ll just post it here. I tried out a new (to me) stick today, and let me tell you it is by far the best I have ever used other than the real deal themselves. I got them from here, and the price wasnt bad either. http://www.littledoglureandjig.com

Anyone know where that senko thread went to?

does this bait have the notch in it like the yum dingers and others do? thats one of the things I don’t like about them because I can’t get them on a hook straight.

I think that was posted in General Discussion. With the number of new posts a day in that forum the senko thread in question could be buried more than a few pages deep. Best thing to do would be to use the search function if you can remember something particular about it.

Any of these look familiar? Senko Threads on IDO

I never realized how many senko threads have been posted here. I think my time would be better spent fishing a senko than looking through 10 pages for the thread.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.. been busy and forgot to check this thread. I ripped one in half and it has salt in it. And yes it is soft.

I have also used trigger-X and liked them, the flutter worms that is. The only problem is the cost. $6 for 8 worms, vs yamamoto $7 for 10.. yamamoto’s are cheaper and much better.

I live in a area that has multiple sporting goods stores and shop the bins.
Yesterday I was in Swansons at Hackensack and they had a bin with Trigger -X…. BOGO…. Made them $3.50 a pack.
I try not to get stuck on one brand. Then I can have all the colors I “might” need.

Over the next 8 weeks I got about 15 fishing days up to the St lawrence river… will give them a good test…

I dont have any of the blade baits from them, but I think a Pulse-R on there would be KILLER.
