    I’ve been noticing this rig showing up on fishing shows as well as some local distributors here in MN. Is this a legal presentation here in the land of 10,000 rules?

    No, but you can do a variation with one hook and the rest dummy baits.

    By my reading of the MN rules, no, they are not legal. I would view this device as having 5 or more seperate lures, each with a hook, attached.

    But since when has that stopped the meat fishermen from the Freezer Fillin’ Brigade?

    In WI you can only use three of the five spots, the other two have to be dummies…spinner blades work excellent

    Clean all your lures out of your boxes, take the hooks off, tie them all up in a big mess, cast it out and you’ll catch green carp…
