The bite will only get better from this point on

Since I am down with the flu so thought I would catch up on my unusual questions. I have seen the above statement twice in the last week or two. I believe both were in reference to wallys. I would guess that also applies to bass on the river. Any one want to pass on what is different in fall bass fishing. Structure, method, lure selection ect.
