    Absolutely!!!! Once Walker signs this, MN would be the last state in the Nation to not allow this common sense law.

    You can cull in Minnesota as long as you don’t have the legal limit of fish in your live well. That is the rule for inland waters. It will be interesting to see if the rule for the river is changed.
