Spawning suckers

    Does anyone know if the suckers are currently spawning in the metro. They should be spawning or be getting ready to. I have a few spots that produce well over 100 in a day(like any sucker spawning spot), but it would be nice to have some assurance before I go. It sure is some fun fishing.

    I have a friend who has been doing very well on them on the Zumbro. One after the next!

    One of my usual spots did not produce anything this afternoon. The river I was on always seems to be a little later then the creeks though.

    Is the river you go to in the south,north,west or east metro.

    The Mississippi in the north metro. Temp was between 57-59.
