Will probably fish SMB tomorrow in a dark lake-Might even fish largies-would think male largemouth are still on beds-don’t want to fish beds should I find the beds and fish that first break? Anyone know what the temps are at?

Most water temps I have seen are in the 65-72 range. 65 being WBL being that it’s so clear and deep. So most will be around the 70 range I would think.
I haven’t seen a ton of fish on beds but have been catching them on the weeds in 8-15 ft around points. Also they are hitting deep cranks right now. I’m talking 15-20 ft. I have found this year (and some other years) that right after spawning many of the fish go deep.
The fish have been up Shallow on beds all last week now they’re gone. Catching fish much deeper now. This is in Alexandria north of you.
