Hey everyone Sheldon let me know that his lovely wife had a heart attack this morning at 3:45. Testing at the emergency room and she now has 4 stints in her heart, but is doing great. Just thought everyone here that cares about them might want to send some well wishes.

Wow. That bites. Glad it went well. He just texted me Saturday they just arrived to there vacation destination. Bummer.

Back in 2011 I had a 4X heart bypass and I to this day am a fine specimen!! 
She’ll be good to get the whip back out in no time!!

To my IDO family, thank you for all of the prayers, well wishes and good thoughts for me.
I am recovering after having four stints put in my heart and resting well at the cabin near Bemidji.
Shout out to everyone at the Sanford medical center who took care of me!!
I have never witnessed such a beehive of activity from the moment Sheldon took me into the ER and until I was released Tuesday afternoon, May God bless each and everyone of the nurses, doctors, and of course all of you here.
This is going to be a life changing experience for me as my heart was damaged but caught in enough time that it could of been much worse.

Thank you Sheldon, for getting me there, I know that what I was going through was taking a lot out of you and driving in the dark in what looked like a snow storm of bugs wasnt much fun on the way to the hospital at four O:Clock in the morning.
I’m very happy to hear you are back at the cabin and resting. Hope the road to a full recovery is a fast and easy one.

Also as a nurse I appreciate the kinds words often we do not here that part. Its amazing in a real time of crisis how well these teams can perform.

More than happy to do it Sheryl. You have been in my thoughts since Sheldon texted me about it. He has shared with me that he is more than a bit shook up, which is to be expected when something like that happens. Just know that you have our support and if something comes up and you guys need something don’t be afraid to reach out.
