Solara Length on Trailer

Can one of the SBC folks tell me what the min length on trailer is for the Solara? It’s listed as 21’1″ on the WX1910, but omitted for the Solara on the website. I would assume shorter since boat is 4″ shorter and the motor is smaller, but I think they also designed the trailer new for the Solara.

Happy to see the new VF175 in a 25″ shaft given that they didn’t go up to 200HP on this boat.

    Thanks!

I’m not from SBC but I might be able to help.

I think he’d like to know the length on trailer…with the motor in DOWN position and swing-tongue folded. It’s not listed for the Solara on the Skeeter Boats site.

with motor in “towing position” vs “vertical”
    the WX1850 w/150 shortens 5″
    the WX1910 w/200 shortens 12″
    the WX2060 w/250 shortens 1″ (typo? maybe 13″?)
    the WX2190 w/300 shortens 14″

not sure which the Solara would be closest to?

Then the only difference would be the motor down.

Either way, I’ll measure it tonight before I hook up.

Yep, as Michael states, looking for motor vertical and swing tongue folded. It’s spec’d on the WX1910, just not on the Solara.

    From the WX1910:
Length on Trailer w/Motor Trimmed Vertical w/Swing-Away Tongue Folded (shortest length) 21’1″

Brian, thanks again for the offer. I’ll take you up on it before the summer is over!

    Howdy sir,
I just ran out and measured a Solera and with the tongue swung and the motor trimmed down it measures right at 22ft.
That boat does have an 8 inch set back which the WX1910 does not so there is
    some of the difference.
Hopefully this helps and if you have any more questions or would like to go for a ride in one or just crawl around in one I would be more than happy to meet up with you.
Feel free to give me a buzz on my cell at 651-387-5905
