Put my pre-order in on an Outbreak 850XD. Which do you think will come first, it or fishable ice within an hour of the metro?

I just got my eskimo outbreak 650xd in 2days. Depends on who you ordered from.

Think that might have more to do with the model, I don’t think the 850s have shipped yet

I was looking for a 450xd. Scheels had the 650 and no 450 or 850. MG, Reeds, Joe’s was the same answer. You could pre order it BUT no guarantee when/if you would receive it. The new Otter full door was the same answer. Madison Cabelas had both the Otter and 450XD this past weekend in stock. Bought the Otter. Wanted to buy from Scheels because of $100 in gift cards but figured if I waited I might not get it.

By the way Cabelas Madison had the best selection of tackle and equipment that I’ve seen in a loooong time. Ice and open water. Also checked FF and their fishing department plain sucked.

I ordered from Upnorth. The “should ship by date” is 12/22, but I’m not holding my breath. Thankfully it’s more of a nice to have, than a necessity, if it shows up in time to use for my spring opener camping trip I’ll be happy.
