Snowmobile storage – Anybody use a reliable place in the TC metro.

Does anyone have a summer snowmobile storage place that they can recommend in/near the Twin Cities. I would prefer something in the north or east Metro, but would consider others.

Biggest needs are that I DO NOT want to store the trailer, just the sleds. It seems like many places require the sleds to be on a trailer, I suppose for ease of shuffling things around. I need sled-only storage.

Also, of course, the place must have a cement floor with no birds and have rodent control. No dirt floor farm pole sheds or old barns that also house the county’s vagrant pigeon population.

Anyone have any place they recommend?
