As usual, the TV News Weather Terrorists overhyped it again.

National Weather Service now has downgraded Snownami From Hell 2019 to, umm, well, NoSnownami. Now the forecast for St. Paul is for 3 inches of rain on Thursday into Friday.

Deadeye Dave Dahl blows it again.

Starting to looked like those terrorists nailed it

We got enough to cover the grass yesterday. It’s kicking up pretty good right now though.

Looking at the Mille Lacs lake web cams it doesn’t appear they got much up there at all.

We came up last night and ate at the Y in Garrison at 9PM. There was no snow and the roads were dry north of Millaca.
Still nothing this am, just wind, and alot of it.

We got a decent amount of wind and wet snow north of the metro. Windows are covered in icy snow and my neighbor lost most of a very large tree right in his driveway. Looks like it brushed the roof but nothing too bad. My trash company called to say they are out and “might” get my trash, otherwise just wait till next week.

Everything is getting a nice layer of ice now where they plowed.

UMD just announced we’re closing at 1:15.
My take……. Bulldogs vs Providence starts at 4 on ESPN2 …….
    just sayin’ toast yay yay

They did have a 61mph gust on the high bridge an hour ago, so the winds are howling off the lake.

One of the guys on my crew does tree work on the side (that’s what he used to do).

We are off today because of the storm, and he got a call….. shock

I guess I can’t bitch about having to snowblow the driveway…..

I don’t know about anyone else but these weather terrorists weren’t even close to what we actually got. They predicted 17 to 20 inches of snow. If we got 6 it’s about it.

I ALMOST feel guilty about not going to work today.

Duluth, Two Harbors and Silver Bay are getting nailed right now. Some of the earlier streaming video at each site was fun to watch as monster waves crashed in, but now ice coming in off the lake and snow have messed with visibility and wave action.

Dogs to the Championship on Saturday yay yay

We have had a mix of snow and ice the last 2 hours. Nasty winds. At one point there was pseudo mini ice cubes coming down.
Will be happy when this is gone, but they are now saying snow thru the day tomorrow.
Early spring coho trolling’s gonna have to wait for awhile.

Screw MN!!!!!! Somehow we miraculously made it out despite a 3 hr delay. I’m sure I’ll have a mess at home to deal with next week.

This is how a person should wake up and enjoy their coffee!
