    Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars

    Ingredients:
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flower

    Topping:
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper. Light grease exposed pan and parchment paper.

    In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter and guars. Mix in eggs and vanilla, followed by the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Lightly grease hands, press mixture into an even layer into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar topping mixture.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes

    Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy!

    That sound amazing Red! Snickerdoodle is one of my favorite cookies. I think you should come up to my shop for a car check up and bring some by. lol
