Makes my mouth water. Looks like you are feeding a crowd or planning for some great leftovers. Or both! Lol

Definitely will be some leftovers. 2 pork shoulders. One I made spicy the other sweet as mrs. Crappie doesn’t like spicy. Currently resting in coolers for a few hours

Looks delish Crappie, but if you’re going to that much work (fun) you need to get some fresh bakery buns! waytogo

Looks awesome! I made pulled pork in the insta pot yesterday…not the same!

I do a lot of pulled pork for family stuff and use these Bear Claws for pulling the pork, as well as taking it off the smoker to let it rest. Awesome product and will never use forks again…

Agree Belletaine the bun is crucial! in this case I asked Mrs. Crappie to come home with buns and this is what I got lol.

jake47 I was at fleet farm the other day and I saw those and I almost pulled the trigger on them. I ditched the forks after about 5 minutes and just used my hands to pull everything apart. worked fine but it was HOT!

last night I went into the fridge for a late night snack and ended up making a street taco with some salsa and avocado using this pulled pork and it was awesome!

    3M XL Gloves

I slip into a pair of these and do it all by hand including removing the heavy fat areas.

They really help kill the hotness on the hands too!

Excellent piece of equipment! Has a meat thermometer and a heat thermometer so I know the cook temp of my kettle as well as the internal meat temp. The image above is me sitting on my couch with the wireless remote that sends the signals through wifi.

The guys that can cook off of WiFi have reached a level of calmness that I will never attain. I need to go out periodically and both see and smell what’s going on.
