    I like some extra mustard seed in my summer. I made it with cracked pepper once too but the pepper works better in salami.

    Have you sliced one for a taste test yet?

    I’m afraid with a new electric stuffer, when stuffing brats if I have a blow out by the time I stop it I’ll loose so much meat out and have a mess. Especially when I do snack sticks.

    I run a foot pedal with my grinder which also has a stuffer attachment. This works awesome. The foot pedal plugs into the outlet and then you plug your grinder into it, so it would work with any grinder.
