Tonight’s dinner is smoked pork ribs ala Billy! He had smoked various meats last year and packaged and froze them. This is the last of the ribs he smoked and they are so delicious. I cooked them in the InstantPot for 23 min with a cup of water and then served them with BBQ sauce, garden green beans, and some french fries. Sure, ribs are usually better on the grill, but I’m better with the InstantPot. And they came out hot and tender. Billy’s smoked ribs were one of my favorite meals he uses to prepare. His venison stroganoff was my number one. Man, he was an amazing cook! 😋 💙

That looks good Sharon. We had BLT’s and fresh pineapple. Lettuce and tomatoes from the garden.

Oooh, now that sounds good. Been too long since I’ve had a BLT!

Really good actually! The lemon-lime is a nice and mild flavor and I love the bubbles while I eat dinner.
