    No but looks good! I’ve got two bags of tullibee unthawing in the sink to smoke tomorrow. Looks like you did a dry brine? Pink salmon would be my guess.

    The spotted fillet was large and I chunked it out. The silver filets are about 12″ long. Meat looks salmon red / pink

    Bottom – King/Chinook

    Top – Silver/Coho or Red depending on when caught.

    Buddy lives on Copper River in central AK. I’ve seen lots of different colors.
