Smoked bullhead recipe

    Anyone have any tips for smoking bullheads? I have a good brine recipe but just wondering how long to brine and what temp to smoke at

    I use the following for Cisco and have had good success. Brine 12+hrs temp 200 on digital temp display,smoke for 2-3hrs cook for another 2-3hrs. Smoker is normally full with 12-15 whole fish. Hope that helps. waytogo
