Smartstrike yes or no? Is it worth it?

So I was fortunate enough to be able to upgrade to an onix 8.

it was all the bells and whistles that sold me on it.

SmartStrike being one of them. However my first time on the water I discovered that this was an added purchase of 200.00.

I have already purchased the Lakemaster Wisconsin chip for 100.00 Do I sell that one and spend the 200.00 for the SS chip.

Has any one used it?

FWIW I think the SmartStrike feature only works with lakes that are in HD that may help your decision
