I have caught a few bass on a bluegill lake I fish with vmc tinglers and acme pheobe or something that really flutters. I haven’t had many days where I got a lot of bass but they are fun when you get them. This year I have caught a lot of crappies on slab raps, rattlin flyers and clam blade spoons. For some reason I haven’t caught many tipping with heads this year, they come up and barely grab them. I can use the same spoon with a maki mino or mino head out to the side and they inhale it. Good luck getting some bass. They are a blast when you can get them.

I like a Slender spoon with mousies or maggots when visiting my son’s house in NW Wisconsin fishing smaller lakes for crappies.
