Had a quick outing yesterday on a local lake. Drove the sxs and was a little hesitant to try get on the lake with all the snow. Foot of snow plus slush was a good test for the Canam, but she made it. Took me a little while searching from 12-24fow, but finally found a nice bite toward dark. Crappies ran 9-10” average.

PSA, the lakes around me in SW Wright Co. have very inconsistent ice. Yesterday I measure 14” 200yds out from landing and 9” where I fished. Found the same on another lake a few days ago. I would be very cautious if traveling by pickup.
