2002 Ski Doo Tundra R and Aluminum Floe 2 place tilt snowmobile trailer. Tundra’s are not easy to find and are a true workhorse snowmobile. A basic sled often used by trappers in the north due to their reliability, light weight and ease of maintenance. This machine has reverse. The trailer has wide tires (new about 18 months ago) and includes 2 snowmobile tie downs and spare tires. Would prefer to sell together for $2,825. Will consider splitting.

Some more info on the Tundra.

The Tundra model does not have an odometer or hour meter so actual miles/hours are unknown. These are designed too work and for easy maintenance in the bush for trappers and outdoors people. They keep them very simple. They can be easily disassembled/reassembled and flown in pieces on bush planes.

I used it for trapping and ice fishing for a few years and the last several (10 years) it has only seen time on the trails around our property. My son did use it two times this year for ice fishing so it maybe saw 30-50 miles this year and around 15-20 miles a year prior to that.

The engine is a single cylinder and not sure on what size. Spec just says maximum power engine speed RPM 6900. The top speed is around 50 mph with an avg size person on it but it will pull a lot. The reverse works by pressing a button which stops the motor momentarily and then reverses the engine so no transmission is used. This eliminates weight and mechanics. If I recall the machines total weight is about 300 lbs. Tough to get it stuck but if it does it’s easy to lift and get out of powder or slush. Light weight makes it easy to load. I use to be able to lift the rear onto the tailgate and then pick up the front and push it into a truck.

It has been maintained and I run it every year even though it doesn’t get much use to make sure everything stays operating. Stored inside. Track is in great shape. Does have a cracked windshield, needs a taillight, and seat could use a new cover but the Gorilla tapes has held up well.

Can send more photos and/or video of it running via text if need be.

I know it’s been almost a year since this post but did you ever sell the Tundra?
