OK I got my new trailer. From the ground level to the bottom of my skeg is 8 inches clearance This should enough correct? I measured my air dam on my car is 8 inches. The u cross member is roughly 6 inches high from the ground directly in front of it. As long as I am careful when pulling out in a really deep curb I should be OK?
I got a My wedge transom saver but it’s over kill keeping the motor straight up and down would be best I think I’m OK? old trailer was 10 inches high no issues with either trailer so far. Thanks

Mine is no more than 2″ when trimmed down. I used the MY Wedge and trim up to trailer. Makes it nicer on those ramps with a shallow approach.

Well if you bottom your car up then dont keep going. 8 inches is way more then enough.

I don’t have this rig anymore, but I don’t think I was any more than 8″, with no problems at all.
