Got my new ride home last weekend and have finally finished rigging and breaking it in. Here are a few pics.

I have never heard of “The Vault” hub system on the trailer, 10 year maintenance free with warranty. Excited about not having to worry about hub and bearing on road trips.

    Thanks again for everyone’s input.

Nice boat Tony! I have had the privilege of riding/filming in a lot of different Skeeter boats over the last two years and that wx1880 is my personal favorite. Great layout & deep V walleye boat that can handle big water but still small enough to fit in the garage!( hopefully mine someday)

Nice boat! I’ve been running the 1880 since 2005. It’s been in the back waters of the Mississippi to the big waters of Bays de Noc.

    Enjoy

Congrats on the boat. Have had my new WX 1880 out about 6 times and really liking it. A lot of compliments from my clients…esp on how nice it is to fish out of. I have a Humminbird 898 SI and a Vexilar Edge 3… Skeeter Boat Center did an awesome job mounting the transducers for both.

Hi Chris, I have had mine out only 3 times but I did fish a 2 day tourney out of it and it was great.

Could you email or post some pics of where they mounted that big transducer. I think I am still having some interferance coming from my kicker or big motor. I have trimmed them up. I am not sure if the 898 is the same transducer as the 1197 but it still will help with ideas.

    Thanks,
    Tony

Congrats on your new Skeeter Tony and welcome to the Skeeter Brotherhood!

Only thing missing is some walleye slime from Mille Lacs! See ya on the water!

Also – here’s a couple of pics of my 1197 transducer mounted on my WX2100.
