The old white Lund performed well. A lot of nice fish came over her side for sure.

For most of us, as we grow older we always look forward to upgrading our equipment and that’s what this new boat means to me.

I’m extremely happy & proud to be the newest member of the Skeeter family.

A huge Thanks to Dean Marshall at the Skeeter Boat Center in Chippewa Falls who basically made this purchase possible.
If you’ve ever been frustrated by the people you’ve dealt with at a boat dealership, then your in for a surprise when you first start working with Dean or his people at SBC.

Looking forward to getting my first opportunity to put this rig on the water and start learning it’s nuance’s inside & out.

Thanks again Dean & Eric for all your hard work on my new rig!

    Congrats Joel, It looks great!

Details? Looks like a 200 HPDI? Were you able to get one of the last few?

Yes it is a 200hp HPDI hanging on the back of my 2013 MX-2025.
Being the fastest boat out there doesn’t mean anything to me.
9.9 Yamaha Kicker, HDS-8 & LCX-27C on the console and HDS-7 on bow along with a Terrova 80#, I-pilot Minn Kota.

    We’ll be there next week.
Probably going to be the first time I get out in this rig.

Nice looking boat. Nice looking dog too. You will get about a month of incognito fishing on Lake Wisconsin before the masses figure out you got a new boat. You will need to take me for a spin next week.

If buying a boat from Dean is like buying anything else from him, I’m sure it was a great experience. Even though I don’t run a skeeter, Dean and Eric are always willing to answer rigging questions for me and quickly get me anything I need for my yamaha motors.

Was the transaction funded in any way with cookies?

We actually forgot the cookies this past Saturday but we did grease the skids with smoked salmon on our first trip north to talk about buying a boat with Dean.

would be cool idea if SBC included a sweatshirt with every boat purchase, free advertisement for them!

I am also want to get my new rig in the water. Waiting for the docks to be put in.

After looking over the boat several time i noticed that there is a gap along the gunnel on the passenger under the consuel to the front storage compartment. I would think that skeeter would not leave a gap like that.

I couldn’t agree more on the free advertisement! Now that Dean is the big gun i’m sure he’ll see the light and fill my boat with Skeeter Apparel!
