MX1825 length on trailer include outboard?

    The Skeeter website says: Length on Trailer (with Swing-Away Tongue) 21′ 7″

    Does this dimension include the outboard (when trimmed down)?

    Just measured mine. It measured 22′ 9″ with motor trimmed down. That’s when the tongue is fully deployed. It would measure 20′ 2″ with the tongue retracted. Hope this helps. This is measured from a 2012 MX1825, not sure if it is much different from the 2013.

    Thanks for the info BigHan. With the tongue folded, it would fit in my garage.

    Skeeter is dumb for listing the trailered length vs the stored length on their website…I didn’t get my answer until I drove to the SBC and measured myself..

    The upside of that is you know who to blame if the measurement is wrong.

    Wow. That is way shorter than I was expecting after reading the website documentation. Just to reconfirm — 20′ 2″ total length on the trailer with the motor down?!

    yes, if you turn the motor while it’s trimmed down you’ll gain another 1-2 inches…when at the SBC, I measured it at 20′ exactly..

    For those who want to know, the MX2025 is 22’6″ long with motor down and tongue swung..

    It should be within a couple inches of each other.
