First off I am sorry for all your problems. No one should have that many issues with a new boat. Doesn’t matter weather it is $1000 or $60,000 boat. I know your dealer is a long drive but so is mine. I would have towed it back and told them to deliver it when fixed. I know SBC meets people and works out ways to make it easier on their customers. Bottom line is your dealer dropped the ball on the number one thing we all harp about-Customer Service. I would surely let everyone I know to stay away from the dealer you bought your boat from. Sounds like Skeeter is trying to make this right with you and I hope the take it out of your dealers profits somehow. Again I wish you the best of luck on your new Skeeter.
