12′ MX1825 Radio.

Wondering if there is a way to install a better antenna to get better reception? I am also having difficulty hooking my iPod up to the radio. It should be just a simple plug and play. When I plug it into the Aux jack and turn the radio to the Aux tuner I barely can hear it coming out of my speakers. What am I doing wrong?

Might sound dumb, but do you have the volume turned up on the iPod, in my car my iPod has to be on max to use my speakers when running through my auxiliary jack.

Try a new aux cord/plug first. I have one that does the same thing. Replaced the bad cord and all is well. Cheap fix and a good place to start.
