Couple of MX1825 questions

Just have a few questions I can’t find answers to on Skeeter’s website.

    1) Is the livewell drain open/close cable driven at the driver console or is it just a plug-tube you pull out?
    2) Does the 1825 come with any cup holders?
    3) Are the Lowrance/Hummingbird factory transducer options glassed in the hull or installed back on the transom? Are they compatible with almost any model depth finder or just specific ones?
    4) Can the spare tire holder be installed on the Port side of the trailer?

Live well controls are located next to the drivers console

    Yes 2. Driver and Passenger

    Erick/Dean?

Let me look at the spare tire holder. One sec

Yes the spare tire is held on via 2 u bolts, should be able to move it no problem.

    3) From my experience, I got a better reading from a transom mount transducer.

I have both the Lowrance & Humminbird transducers glassed in on my current boat. I have an HDS8 gen2 hooked up to it, and I feel it gets a pretty good reading. Doesn’t loose bottom while on plane. The Humminbird one works pretty good too, though I am more familiar with what Lowrance looks like with a transom transducer than Hummibird. And yes, I can run both graphs at the same time and don’t get any interference between the two.

The factory transducers will be glassed in. The are fairly good for most peoples needs. One thing I will say though is if you plan to fish deep water 50′ or deeper I would go with a transom mounted transducer. Lowrance factory ones will be the blue connector and humminbird is the standard one.

I have my Lowrance HDS unit connected to the glassed in transducer on the new Skeeter and it has no trouble getting a good return and it has maintained depth reading at high speeds with zero problems so far.
