I had a few friends run this boat and they loved it. Plenty of room and storage. If I remember right it has jump seats and front bait well. The boat is rated for a 200 but even with a 150 it should run 48-50mph. It handles big water and is overall a great riding boat. You wont be disappointed with the 1880

    Dog,

I have a 2007 1880 rigged with a 200 HPDI and T8 Kicker. I really like the boat. 2 things I don’t really like (one that I’m taking care of this year).
    1. The bow rides high. That’s good if your trolling into waves because you’ll never take one over the bow, but bad when you are drifting. Without drift socks the boat drifts fast.
    2. I really like the snap out carpet feature, and this boat didn’t come with it. The carpet is glued down. This spring I’m taking up the carpet in the cockpit and having a fiberglass guy gelcoat and texture it. Then having a custom made snap out carpet made. A couple grand is WAY cheaper than trading for a new boat, and there isn’t much else I don’t love about the boat.
Storage, Ride, fit and finish, etc are all very good.

I give it a big thumbs up.

This is a great boat. I going to buy another this year or next. I do not like the jump seat. I thought the kids would use them nope. Seats are in the way when you need to access live well and battery compartment.

Mind sharing how much needing to pay for that boat motor combination? Which electronics are on it? I understand if you’d rather not share the price. From a dealer or private party?
