OK, had my 2013 WX1850 out for the first time today. Biggest compliment is to EZ Loader, on their changes to the trailer. The new winch is awesome. The best part is the extra cross member that was added to the front of the trailer along with the bunk extension. I have had 3 WX1880’s and 1 WX1900. This new trailer made it a DREAM to load and unload the boat. Only word I can think of to describe it is AWESOME! The boat loads and unloads completely different than before. I didn’t need to back in as far to load or unload the boat. Best part is I hardly had to give a lot of throttle to get the boat to power up to the bow stop. Even if I didn’t get it to the roller stop, the new winch was more than capable of winding the boat in the rest of the way with just one hand. The new 150 4-stroke was everything they said it would be. Can’t wait to get it broke in so I can see what kind of numbers I can get from it. The new sliding bracket for the Terrova worked very nicely. Also like that the WX1850 now has just one 40 gallon tank instead of two separate tanks. The gas cap is now by the windshield instead of the rear of the boat. Love the new chrome decals and new heavier duty chrome cup holders. I also like the new seats and the fact that you can put three colors in them now, instead of just two. I also used my graphic arts skills to make decals for the kicker motor that match the big motor. Over all, I am very happy with the updates they made to this boat. Tomorrow, I head to the Wolf River to try and get some eyes in the livewell. Big thank you to Mr. Marine for getting everything rigged and ready to go for me. Job well done as always.

Looking good! Gotta’ love that new boat smell and feel. It doesn’t last long but while it does, enjoy!

Very sharp color combo Mark. Those Mercs look great with it.

    nice lookig rig there Mark,

When you get a chance, can you snap a picture of the extra cross member on the trailer? Is there a center roller?

I’ll post pics tonight when I get home. No center roller like Ranger has. From what I can tell, I don’t think the keel even comes close to hitting the cross bars now. There is a rubber pad though, just in case. Anything else you want a pic of, just let me know.

Sharp boat. My guess on the colors black onyx, sterling, and either laser or moondust? Merc’s look good.

Here are some quick pics of the extra cross member added to the trailer. As you can see, the bunks definately extend farther up the trailer than before. The boat doesn’t drop at all when you unload it. No center roller on the extra bar, just a rubber pad like before. Like I said before, this change makes a huge difference in the loading and unloading process. I have been on a steep ramp and regular ramp so far.
