it is to drill that first hole in the gel coat of the new 1850! After much fretting over this, I finally got the job accomplished. The new boat is now rigged with a Terrova 101 I Pilot, 1197 and a 997 Humminbirds. Ive had it for 4 weeks, and it hasnt seen the water yet.. Is that sick or what.

But, just a quick vacuum, and she’s ready to shake down all the systems.. but here I sit in a booth at a homeshow all weekend

great looking ride, thanks for sharing the pics. i’ve got a white hull as well, really like the clean look of it.

i WILL be moving my charger plug to the rear of the boat like you’ve got it…much easier access. i assume you ran the cord through the bilge from the front compartment? did you do anything special to protect it from water?

enjoy the boat, you’ll absolutely love the upgrade in ride from your previous C-liner!!!

Great looking boat reddog. I noticed in your pics that you only have the positive battery terminal covered. In WI you need to have them both covered with non-conductive material or covers. I cut a piece of rubber roofing and strap right over the whole battery.

Looks good……Hate to tell you Reddpg but tin boats don`t have gel coat so you could of saved all the fretting.
