Just a reminder that this Saturday from 10am to 3pm Skeeter Boat Center will be holding a Ride and Drive at the Afton City docks on the St. Croix.

We will have 5 boats available to test drive:
    MX1825 S/C with F150
    MX1825 D/C with 200 HPDI
    WX1850 with F150
    WX1900 with 200 HPDI
    WX2100 with 300SHO

Because the Afton Inn manages the Afton City docks, we are renting the space from the Afton Inn for the day. You must park in the Afton Inn parking lot and then walk straight back through the Windmill Marina to the Afton city docks. The Windmill Marina is a private club so we are not allowed to partk on their property. See the first picture on the windmill marina home page. http://www.windmillmarina.com/index.html
The afton city docks are straight back from the Afton Inn about 150 yards at the end of Windmill Marina’s middle Road. You may walk through the Windmill Marina property to the City Docks. Look for Skeeter Boat Center Ride and Drive Banners. The Afton Inn will be offering a lunch special on Saturday if you decide to have lunch in the area.

This Ride and Drive is meant to give anglers a chance to test drive any of Skeeter’s 18-19′ Deep-V fishing boats. There have been many questions about the difference in the WX and MX Series from Skeeter. This is an opportunity to come and see for yourself.

Also, new General Manager Dean Marshall will be there to host the event, so feel free to stop by and visit with Dean and take a boat for a ride. Hope to see you there!

Might have to check it out. Will there be any baked goods on hand, I do believe your new manager has soft spot for fresh baked cookies

The Afton House and Windmill Marina are just over 3 miles South of I-94 in the St Croix River Valley.

With the fall colors kicking in, it’s a very picturesque drive.

Since it’s less than a mile from my house, I think I’ll have to check out the MX models, say HI to Dean and watch for unattended baked goods.
