I really hate having random low voltage utilities punching holes into the my siding, because when/if I ever have to re-side the house I will have to disconnect and re-hook up those services, so I was thinking.
Could I simply cut away the portion of siding in the photo and replace it with cement board/harder board, then caulk and paint?
