Sides for smoked pork butt

    I have an 8 pound butt on smoker and was thinking of a blue cheese bacon slaw for tomorrow. Anyone have any good recipe to share?

    I don’t but I just did 3 butts and 7 racks of baby backs & im doing 4 more butts this week………my favorite sides are baked Anaheim sweet peppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon…….baked bacon wrapped lil smokies wrapped in bacon and smothered in brown sugar …..cheesy hashbrown bake…..and always have beans

    If you have room throw taters in the smoker and make potatoe salad with them. MMMMM

    I just like to do corn on the cob on the grill. Olive oil, salt, pepper, wrap in foil and grill. Done. I don’t smoke sides because I think there can be too much smoke and it becomes overwhelming.
