Side image problems

    It’s not the best pic but is this a sign of a bad transducer??
    If i turn the unit off and on it some times comes back,some times it takes 3-4 times on and off

    Call CS. Could be unit. Could be connection. Could be transducer. First thing to try (they will tell you)would be to reset defaults next is update software. While neither of these may fix it, it’s what they are going to ask you to do to try and diagnose the problem before sending it in.

    Are you running a y cable for transducer with an additional high speed 2-d transducer? If so, my guess is it being the y cable. Mine was bad and I lost picture on my left side of si.

    Took the y cable out and adjusted the side image to read on plane haven’t had any more issues
