Hey headed out with a buddy to a backwoods lake an hour out by sled in -25. But was it ever worth it caught these bad boys lost 2 just as big landed 6 in total! Show off your weekend catch!

North of 60 I’m up in the Northwest Territories. Way up in northern Canada, search Fort Liard Northwest Territories. The lake is about an hour west by sled so maybe 30 miles

Got on a pretty good walleye bite. Threw a lot of fish back! Hadn’t fished either of the lakes I fished Saturday. Started the morning out by catching some big rainbow trout, then went to a bigger lake absolutely full of structure and found the best looking spot on navionics. Got out there and had the spot to ourselves. Ended up icing over 15 walleye and a whole mess of perch and walleye. Got most of the walleye in 10 feet of water off an extremely sharp break. Was able to move 15 feet away and was in 22 feet of water able to run up and down this deep channel chasing roaming crappies. It feels good when a plan comes together! Video of the day coming soon!

Caught a 30 inch northern off Viking Blvd. Was originally fishing the bottom in about 18′ of water, then tried reeling up about 3-4′ and that’s where it was. Probably suspended.
