    A double wide trailer with no basement, on a 80′ wide lot just sold for $155k by me, IN 2 DAYS…the very same trailer sold for 138k two years ago…… List it!! Pocket the money for the asphalt. It will not be a deciding factor.

    Personally , I have sold two homes and bought 3 homes with no realtor at all. I would try it for sale by owner first for a month or two, especially in This market. Then pay an attorney to handle the purchase agreement and the title company for the closing. You will save thousands and it’s not hard to do at all. Realtor fees are silly!!
