    Hello,

I am looking for short term(2-3weeks)boat storage for the spring rainy river run. I would prefer the storage to be close to international falls if possible. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I saw your post and asked my friend Bruce with Rainy Lake Guiding and he has storage. You can find his information on his website rainylakeguiding.com.

If that doesn’t work out badiuk has lots of space and I’m sure they could make something work for you. I’m more curious when this 2 or 3 week timeframe is during the spring run you’re talking about. At this point in time like I said in another thread I think we will be lucky to get to fish at all before the season ends.

I think we will get a couple weeks to fish. The river always surprises me.

Oh it will really surprise you this year! That’s for sure, and not in a good way. I hope you’re right though but I don’t see it happening. If there was more snow and runoff coming into the basin so they could open up the dam some it might have a chance but I cant see them doing that with how low the water is on the lake. I’m guessing that dam is necked down to a bare minimum to try to store water in the lake. The ramp in town looked useable for a day but then we got a foot of snow Monday so it will be a while again.
