Ill be in the Red Wing area the next 3 evenings. Any advice on good shore fishing spots with the high water currently in place?

Colville park and Baypoint Park in town should have fishing opportunities along shore. Baypoint has a fishing pier on the downstream side. It is hike, but Frontenac State park has a nice rocky shoreline that holds fish all year too. May be worth driving to Lake City and fishing the break wall as well.
