    Stocked up for the weekend!

A little help for those looking for shiners. Full Stringer in Longville is limiting to one pint, One Stop in Longville limiting to 1 dozen. Northern Bait in Park Rapids has a nice selection of mixed silver river shiners that they are not limiting. Hope this helps as I know they will be hard to find this weekend.

I never have luck keeping them alive for more than a day so it wouldn’t do me any good to get them allready.

Good to know. Last minute change of plan and I’ll be up on Woman lake for opener. Mostly to help a buddy pick up a Pontoon, but as payment he’ll have to take me out fishing Saturday morning.

They actually are going to be hard to find this opener if anyone has not looked or called around. Most of the shops I called yesterday were close to or out. I got 4 dozen last night and with the help of the next guy in line we bought out Thorne Bros. However the guy helping me said they were getting 8 Gallons of them this morning. Hope this helps someone and hoping mine are still alive when I get home at noon to head out.

With the rain and the way I’ve been seeing crawlers every where on the roads and ground. I think I’ll do just fine with out the shiners. Don’t think there is any reason to waste the money.
I will fish plastics to start and hope for that to work. If not it’ll be crawler chunks
