New hut, New lights Night bite

    The boys and a couple friends and I went over to the lake tonight to see if the night bite was on. Brad got some new nights lights he wanted to try. .It did not take long to find out . Here’s a pic of some nice crappie . Got a few walleye to,but threw them back.

    We had 2 rope lights in the shack. There kind of neet. And 2 green water proof lights we put in the holes. But we soon found out we only needed 1 . So we took out the other 1. When some of the walleye and other fish it . They hit hard ,took, line then got tied up in the light cord. So we drilled a hole next to the shack ,lowered the light,and that helped a bunch.

    You haven’t burned through those crappie and been back for a new pile yet?
