Any news on the fishing?

Just curious if anyone has been having any success?

Was at sherman on 05/30/2009. Started out pitching 1/8 ounce fireball jigs tipped with crawlers and leeches on a rocky point. Had a few bites but didn’t land a walleye. Caught a couple drum doing this. So then we decided to go start trolling crankbaits. Caught two nice 17 inchers and proablly 20-25 shorts. We were trolling a mudline with hot and tots and #5 shad raps. Most passes we would catch 2-4 fish. Had a lot of doubles and tripples. We didn’t go down to the west end of the lake but most of the guys we saw were trolling crankbaits. On monday I know of some guys that caught a two man limit in 10 minutes doing the same thing as what we were on saturday. They came from almost two hours away so they decided to keep fishing. They said they caught a total of proablly about 70-80 fish. They both caught there over and said they caught several in the 20-28 protected slot. Hope this helps
