How do you train a dog to hunt sheds?

    So I got my first ever dog this year He’s four months old. How do you guys train your dogs to hunt sheds? Any tips or good books on how to go about this? Thanks

    fleet farm has some training stuff in there pet area I saw a few weeks ago weather it works or not I couldn’t tell ya they had scent a real shed and a instructional book.may be a starting point for ya

    What bassakwards said is right. Also in Rochester last year at the sports/hunting/fishing show there was seminars on it as well. If you research this I’m sure they’ll be doing it again at the Mayo civic center in rochester this winter

    HE sure likes playing hide and seek with em. Hide them all over in the back yard and the feild by are house. And he goes nuts finding them. Brings em right in for a treat.
