With the snow and cold temps I know a lot of you put a lot of weight on stress of the deer relating to the timing of their antlers dropping. When are you guys going to head out?

I’ll keep monitoring my cameras untill they tell me it’s time. But it will be almost impossible to find any with all this snow Unless they drop where I plowed out in my backyard

I’m going to try to stay out of our corn food plot for two more weeks. I’ve heard of 2 half racks and 2 completely shed deer already. We had at least one 7ft drift on that farm, so the deer will be really hitting the corn early this year. If I can just stay away long enough, hopefully they won’t leave!

That’s what I worry about too..Getting in there too early and often and chasing them around. I guess the one’s that dropped already we’ll find in March. It’s the one’s that are on their head’s now that I’m worried about. No snow for about 5 weeks would be PERFECT!
