Setting the bar PB pretty high for an 8 year old.

    I was probably 25 years old at least before I caught a walleye bigger than 25″. My oldest got his PB so far today. 27″ hawg 100% by himself! Me and youngest stepped outside to shut off generator, was kind of looking around the lake getting some fresh air. When we heard a commotion inside and a tail slapping the floor of the fish house. Ran inside to assist. He had it covered, screamed this thing is going on the wall in my room, and was trying to measure it himself. Came up an inch short. He was fine letting it go, just a little bummed. It snapped the line as he tried to pull it up onto the floor, he jammed his hand in its mouth and lipped it like a bass. He’s got the cuts to prove it! Sorry, had to brag on him a little bit. Sunday fun day!
