Selling a house next to P2 access..

Hi Guys, I know this is an off subject but just want to toss it out there. We are moving and going to be selling our home in St Paul Park. We have a small 900 sq ft place with 2 bedrooms and one bath on the main floor. This is a small but cheap platform for someone that is looking for a home under 200K. My wife an I have lived here for 13 years and love the house but have two girls and just grew out of it. It is a good place with good neighbors next to a launch on P2. If you or anyone you know is looking for something like this let me know.. I have a agent and will be listing in the next 7-10 days. The market is stupid right now and know the pain of trying to find a place because we have been doing that the last couple years.. I just wanted to put it on here in case there is someone like me 13 years ago that could not afford a 1600-1800.00 mortgage payment but wanted a place close to pool 2 and will treat the neighbors well.

Sure wish my place was a lot closer to where I liked to fish. Maybe someday. Best of luck with the sale and moving. The way houses are selling I have to wonder if you place is sold as Im typing this.

Hi Pete, were not going very far.. Cottage Grove. The new place is about 2 miles from our current house so still a easy run to the Levee..

Mike, I am sure it will go quick. I just wanted to put a note out before we list it so someone would have a chance to look at it before the rush of showings and crap start.

I’m surprised you haven’t been contacted 20+ times with offers above listing with how crazy the market is in that price range! Good luck it will go quick.
