Seat base rod holer help!

Does anyone know what the type of base is? Springfield high/low like on alumacrafts? Or sprinfield like rangers? Wanting to get a berts rod holder but cannot figure out what is the correct application.

You are looking for a 2.38″ springfield mount for the seat base. Hope this helps
