Looks like instructions for registering, using Quick Draw requires mini SD Card (technological nincompoop here) Have linked to Live Captain on phone and ready to get registered, but would like max storage. Some threads discuss a “Fat 32” card for more storage. What is a Fat 32 card and where to purchase? Suppose could just get an extra 16 gB for when needed? Necesssry?
    Thanks

I use Sandisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC UHS-I Card with Adapter and they work fine. They are formatted to FAT32. The cards can be purchased on-line or at electronic stores. I read the owners manual to get my information rather than reading threads.

    GW,
you can register on Garmin Express, and also use that for updates
    when they come available.
the 32g SD card is the standard SD cards you can get anywhere.
the 32 size, is the largest size that you can use.

Does your unit have the new G3 mapping, or G2.
You will need to have the SD card in the slot to be able to record the
Quick Draw. It does not record to it’s hard drive.
    Hope that helps.
    Jack
