I took the livewell out of boat and I need new screws with lock nuts. But, I don’t want Philips head screws I want torque head screws with lock nuts, 3/16 x 1-1/2″. Does anyone know where I can purchased these?

I would try Menard’s or Lowes.
But I well tell U right Now !!! DON”T do it in the livewell !!!!!
They will rust if NOT stainless steel……..

NO torque head screws, that I know of that are stainless.

If you what to bolt something in Get stainless steel 5/16″ heads with lock nuts from Lowes — I like Lowes, there stainless is the best… It is HILLMAN’s brand….. Home Depot next……… than Menard’s.

If you have no clearance, get the flat heads — ya I know, they are Phillips heads.

Gave up looking for specialty items at the big box stores. Fleet farm does all right, cause if they don’t have the screws they do have crankbaits!

    They aren’t 3/16, they’re actually 10/24, or 10/32. 24 is coarse thread, 32 is fine thread.

You’ll probably never find what you need at a box store, I’ve redone a couple of boat floors and layouts, I’d recommend Fastenal, you may have to order them, make sure and get stainless steel

My Ace Hardware has them. I bought some a few months ago.
