We need common sense e-scooter laws!

The problem solves itself over time. When people hit a small crack and take the “how much blood is in the human head” challenge, they tend to stop riding them. So long as they can still form cognitive thoughts afterwards.

Buddy of mine had a nice vacation in the ICU in Colorado after he played bouncy brain on the concrete. He doesn’t ride them anymore, and thankfully after a long year of recovery he will watch his kids grow up with all of his faculties in tact.

I say get more of them. They’re cheap entertainment. I don’t live in the metro/suburbia and never will. When I’m there I’m not in any sort of hurry (concerts, sporting events)…so I welcome the opportunities to catch a crash or two while enjoying a beer somewhere.

Wearing a helmet should solve that problem in most cases

There is a caution statement that pops up every time you check one out with your phone about always wearing a helmet while using one and I have literally yet to see someone doing that. You bring up a good point though on the helmets.
